Delivery Rider

LILO (LIVELOCAL E-COMM PRIVATE LIMITED) is a fast-growing e-commerce platform connecting customers directly with trusted local stores and kiosks for fresh fish and daily essentials. We take pride in offering high-quality, hygienic products delivered on time with professionalism and care.

We are now expanding our delivery network across Trivandrum and looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Boys to join our operations team.

Position Overview

The Delivery Boy will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and hygienic delivery of fish and other items from LILO kiosks or partner outlets to customers’ locations. The role demands punctuality, honesty, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver fresh fish and other products to customers as per assigned routes.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in perfect condition.
• Handle the products carefully to maintain hygiene and freshness.
• Collect and reconcile payments (if applicable) and submit reports accurately.
• Coordinate with kiosk coordinators and the operations team for smooth order handling.
• Maintain delivery records and update order status through the LILO system/app.
• Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle/bike and personal hygiene at all times.
• Follow all traffic and safety rules strictly.

Working Hours

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening Shift: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• A weekly day off will be provided (on any one day of the week).
• For the first 3 months, employees are eligible for 1 paid leave per month.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Petrol Allowance: Provided in addition to salary

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 10th pass (Plus Two preferred)
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
• Basic knowledge of local routes across Trivandrum
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
