What are we looking for? Degree or Post-graduation in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work with 3+ years of people management experience Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes Exceptional communication and presentation skills Experience having worked in a Marketing & Operations environment Suitable candidate will be responsible in creating the visual impact on various creative outlets that team operates in today. The candidate will be leading a team of UI / UX experts who would provide inputs to enhance the look, feel and user experience in some of the following platforms:Portals, Print, iPad Apps, Video, and Email design.?¢UI/UX, Graphic design, Adobe photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems?¢ May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures?¢ The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals?¢ Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor?¢ May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture?¢ Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments?¢ Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside?¢ Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture?¢ Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsBalance of visual design and interaction design Solid understanding of design systems Strong interpersonal skills Incorporate user research and usability testing to iterate on product solutions. Use analytics to shape design recommendations Guide/mentor fellow designers Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things. Lead the Design team??s process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling. Lead and participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking. Balance customer frictions and needs with business goals, market viability and technical feasibility Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes Share industry insights, scientifically backed suggestions Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements, resource allocation, risk, requirements, operational issues, Incident and change management Act as business advisor to the client service Manage the financial aspects and targets for the team Excellent knowledge of E2E deliveries of the service Excellent knowledge and ability to lead of all internal and external out of delivery aspects like procurement, hiring, business continuity etc. Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies Guide team on best practices, new technologies and tools in the market Thinks and Acts Decisively
