Job Description

You will be working as a Delivery Operations Sr Analyst in the Next Generation Customer Operations - Customer Service Technology domain at Accenture. As part of the Customer Support vertical, your responsibilities will include managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and ensuring timely resolutions within SLAs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems - Create new solutions and adapt existing methods and procedures - Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management - Interact with direct supervisor, peers, and possibly management levels at clients or within Accenture - Receive guidance on determining methods and procedures for new assignments - Make decisions that can impact the team - Manage small teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture - Work in rotational shifts **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduation Accenture is a global professional services company known for its expertise in digital, cloud, and security services.
