Delivery Operations Sr Analyst

As a Delivery Operations Sr Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Customer Support vertical, where your main responsibilities will include managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing optimal resolutions. Your role will also involve ensuring the closure of faults and complaints within the specified SLAs. To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Excellent analytical skills - Quick learning agility - Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Proficient problem-solving skills - Experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry, including Hotel, Resort, Cruise, Online Travel Agency, Tour Operator, Airline, Airport, Car Rental, Tourism, Travel Services, or related sub-segments Your key responsibilities will include: - Analysis and resolution of moderately complex problems - Developing new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures - Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management and aligning team goals accordingly - Interacting with direct supervisors, peers, and client/management levels within Accenture - Managing small teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture, depending on the role - Working in rotational shifts may be required for this position Please note that this role requires a minimum of 7 to 11 years of experience and a qualification of Any Graduation.
