Assistant Manager – Delivery Operations
Location: IndoreExperience: 1–4 years (preferably in food delivery, restaurant ops, logistics, or QSR)

What’s the role about?

You’ll be the one making sure the AB’s delivery experience is as good as our dine-in service. From the kitchen to the customer’s door, you’ll help run things smoothly — ensuring orders are on time, accurate, and up to our standards.It’s a fast-paced role where you’ll deal with real-time challenges, coordinate with different teams, and make sure our customers are happy.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Managing daily delivery ops via aggregators & our own platforms

✔ Working with restaurant teams to ensure orders go out right, fast & hygienically

✔ Keeping an eye on dashboards, fixing issues, tracking SLAs, handling escalations

✔ Monitoring key metrics like order accuracy, delivery timing, customer feedback

✔ Coordinating with delivery aggregators on visibility, offers, and service improvements

✔ Supporting new ideas like combo packs or festive menus

✔ Identifying gaps and helping improve processes
