Job Description

  • This position leads multidisciplinary teams, ensures strategic alignment with business objectives, proactively manages risks, and champions the integration of advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in digital delivery, substantial experience within the automotive industry, and comprehensive knowledge of AI, cloud technologies, Data Science and application development
  • Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.

Technical Leadership

  • Supervise the complete lifecycle of project delivery & execution:
  • Oversee data-centric projects, including computer vision, predictive maintenance, personalization, and chatbot implementation.
  • Guide native and hybrid mobile app development for a range of use cases, including vehicle tracking, remote diagnostics, and in-car infotainment applications.
  • Eliminate delivery obstacles by coordinating resources, managing dependencies, and resolving technical or process challenges.
  • Mentor teams on agile and DevOps methodologies across AI, cloud, R&D, engineering, and mobile disciplines to optimize both velocity and quality.
  • Monitor project delivery progress using appropriate metrics (e.g., time-to-market, adoption rates, user engagement, model performance), and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Oversee the transition from project delivery to operational support for digital, AI, and mobile offerings
  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Understand client business objectives and tailor solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations and insights to improve client outcomes.

Business Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development and expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute strategies for client retention and growth, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced engineering degree is advantageous.
  • Significant experience in delivering digital, AI, or mobile technology projects, including at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, and deployment of AI models in production environments.
  • Experience developing mobile applications for Android/iOS, particularly those with connected vehicle features, mobility services, or enterprise automotive functionality.
  • Proficient in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), software development life cycles, and hands-on digital platform implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with technology budgeting, vendor selection and management, and third-party solution integration.
  • Familiarity with connected vehicles, automotive IoT, mobility services, and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
