Delivery Manager (US Shift)

Delivery Manager

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic alignment.
• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable delivery plans.

Delivery Oversight

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring quality, and timeliness
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and proactively address delivery risks.

Account Management

• Own account growth and retention strategies.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with sales/marketing teams to capitalize on them.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 12-15 years of experience in delivery management, with significant exposure to US clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to smooth talk and build rapport.
• Proven experience in account management and client retention.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exposure to marketing or client-facing brand initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Bachelors degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
