Delivery Manager- Java Fullstack+ReactJS (OSS/BSS Domain)

As a Technical Program Manager in the BSS Telecom sector, your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong background in Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery Management. - Utilizing hands-on technical expertise in areas such as Java Spring Boot Framework with Frontend Development using React.js, Integrations and Interfaces using WSO2 or other relevant technologies, CI/CD Pipelines experience using tools like Ansible, Deployment and End-to-End System, and Telecom Domain Experience. - Applying knowledge of Delivery Practices and Methodologies including Agile Methodology, Kanban, SaFe, Hybrid Models, and other relevant delivery methodologies. - Handling cross-functional teams effectively and delivering projects using Agile development methodology. - Conducting code reviews to ensure quality compliance and executing large-scale digital engagements with digital experience. - Having mandatory experience in Telco BSS Domain. Qualifications required for this role: - B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA with 9-12 years of experience in the BSS Telecom sector. - Must have 7 years of experience in Java Spring Boot Framework + Frontend Development + React.js, 8 years of experience in Delivery Practices and Methodologies, and 7 years of experience in Java Full stack + Reactjs, OSS/BSS Domain. - Location preference: Pune, Maharashtra Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
