Delivery Manager- Java Fullstack+ReactJS (OSS/BSS Domain)

You should have a B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA degree with 9-12 years of experience in the BSS Telecom sector. Your technical expertise should include a strong background in Technical Program Management or Technical Delivery Management. Hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot Framework with Frontend Development using React.js, Integrations and Interfaces using WSO2 or other relevant technologies, CI/CD Pipelines experience using tools like Ansible or other advanced CI/CD solutions, and Deployment and End-to-End System is required. Telecom Domain Experience is mandatory due to the majority of clients being in the telecom sector. You should also have knowledge of Delivery Practices and Methodologies such as Agile Methodology, Kanban, SaFe, Hybrid Models, and other relevant delivery methodologies. Experience in handling cross-functional teams, delivering projects using Agile development methodology, conducting code reviews, ensuring quality compliance, and executing large-scale digital engagements is essential. Experience in Telco BSS Domain is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The job location is in Pune, Maharashtra, and work is required in person.
