Delivery Manager (Banking Domain Exp)

As an experienced Technical Delivery Manager in the Banking and Financial Services sector, you will be responsible for leading complex technology programs. Your role will involve managing end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business objectives. Your expertise in digital transformation, core banking modernization, and regulatory/compliance-related projects will be critical to your success. Key responsibilities include partnering with banking clients to gather requirements, overseeing project planning and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security standards. You will lead teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, support UAT and go-live planning, and engage in stakeholder communication and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting RFPs, solution proposals, and pre-sales activities for banking accounts. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience with technologies like Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Temenos, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms and modernization initiatives. Proficiency in API-based integration, microservices architecture, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins is essential. A strong background in application development, vendor coordination, and managing distributed delivery models is required. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in delivery/project management roles. Experience in managing banking or BFSI client accounts, along with relevant certifications like PMP, ITIL, and Cloud certifications, will be advantageous.
