Delivery Manager

Role Summary:

As a Technical Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the delivery of technical solutions and services for retail clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals, including software developers, engineers, architects, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management:

  You will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Client Management:

  You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and requirements. You will manage client expectations, communicate project progress, and ensure that client needs are being met.

• Technical Leadership:

  You will provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including developing technical strategies and roadmaps, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that the team is up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Team Management:

  You will manage a team of technical professionals, including software developers, engineers and analyst. This includes training and mentoring team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

• Process Improvement:

  You will continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. This includes identifying areas of improvement, implementing new processes and tools, and monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of these changes.

• Quality Assurance:

  You will ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards, are thoroughly tested, and meet the clients expectations.

Skill & Qualification:

• Bachelors/ masters in computer science, or other relevant degree
• Person with MBA/Executive MBA degrees would be preferred
• 10+ years of industry experience in delivering technical projects
• Its also important that the person understands the Statement of Work (SOW) and modern ways of working.
• A strong understanding of integration technologies is essential.
• Understanding Fashion & Luxury Retail Business will be a Big4+
• Excellent people management and ability to handle team size of 25+ people.
