Delivery Management

Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing project and program plans, spring cycles for various projects and initiatives. - Demonstrating familiarity with our software product stack that runs across product lines. - Keeping track of the current state of implementation, planned roadmap, product version releases, business/user requests, and prioritization of needs. - Collaborating with various business users to understand their needs, rationalize functions and features, and align them with available functionality and planned roadmaps. Periodic visits to customer sites may be required. - Working with the customers" Project Management organization and IT teams on architectural and integration aspects into various legacy systems. - Assisting in training new resources (both business and IT) being added to teams internally and at customer sites. Desired qualifications: - Hands-on experience and familiarity with the responsibilities mentioned above. - Experience in defining and executing project plans. - Proficiency in using multiple agile project management tools such as Pivotal Tracker, Jira, etc. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple development leads and teams, sales, executives, and customers. - Technical experience in software project management. - 3-5 years of relevant experience.
