Summary:

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing all aspects, from scope and risk to service quality and cost. You will also be expected to communicate progress effectively to leadership and support sales initiatives through innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team performance.
• Engage with multiple teams to make key decisions and provide cross-team solutions.
• Manage the delivery of large, complex projects using established frameworks.
• Collaborate with sponsors to effectively manage project scope and risk.
• Drive profitability by ensuring high service quality while controlling costs.
• Measure and communicate project progress to leadership within committed timelines.
• Proactively support sales efforts through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Service Delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Delivery.
• This position is based in Indore.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
