Required experience and skills: 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, active and passive sourcing strategic initiatives and branding techniques. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, offer and onboarding management et.) Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
