Roles and Responsibility

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate tracking of deliveries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any delivery issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for efficient delivery operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of delivery orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (High School) or equivalent.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (LMV/Two-wheeler mandatory).
• Must own a smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Prior experience in delivery (e-commerce, food, courier, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, honest, and physically fit to handle deliveries.
