Delivery Guy

As a Delivery Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and professional delivery services to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner. - Ensuring accurate tracking of deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with the logistics team to resolve any delivery issues. - Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle for efficient delivery operations. - Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries. - Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of delivery orders. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (High School) or equivalent. - Valid two-wheeler driving license (LMV/Two-wheeler mandatory). - Must own a smartphone with internet connectivity. - Prior experience in delivery (e-commerce, food, courier, etc.) preferred but not mandatory. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Punctual, honest, and physically fit to handle deliveries.
