Job Description

Job Title: Rapido Captain (Bike Taxi / Delivery Partner) Job Summary: Rapido is hiring Captains (rider partners) to provide bike taxi and parcel delivery services. The role involves picking up customers/parcels from assigned locations and ensuring safe, timely, and friendly service using your own two-wheeler. Flexible working hours with attractive earnings and incentives. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and drop customers safely to their destinations Deliver parcels/goods (if assigned) within defined timelines Follow traffic rules and ensure rider/passenger safety Maintain high standards of customer service Handle digital payments or cash transactions (if applicable) Report any trip-related issues to the support team Work Timings: Flexible slots available (Full-time/Part-time) Choose your own working hours Salary & Benefits: Earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depends on rides & incentives) Attractive incentives for peak hours, daily/weekly targets Fuel bonus & extra pay in high-demand zones Weekly payouts directly to bank account Accident insurance coverage as per company policy Requirements: Minimum 10th Pass Valid Driving License, RC & Insurance (mandatory) Own two-wheeler in good condition Android smartphone with internet access Knowledge of local routes and basic customer handling skills Why Join Rapido?
