Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate delivery operations for timely project completion.
Develop and implement effective delivery strategies to meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Delivery Executive or similar role in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of delivery management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with delivery management tools and technologies.
