Delivery Executive

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Executive to deliver products safely and efficiently to customers. The role involves picking up items from the hub/vendor, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver packages to customers within assigned routes or areas Verify orders before delivery and ensure correct handling of products Collect payments or obtain proof of delivery as required Handle customer inquiries or concerns during delivery Use GPS or delivery apps to follow optimized routes Maintain delivery records, receipts, and log sheets accurately Follow company and traffic safety guidelines at all times Report delays, accidents, or customer feedback to the supervisor Keep delivery vehicle/bike clean and well-maintained (if company-provided) Requirements: 10th (Minimum Education) Valid Driver’s License (Two-wheeler or LMV, depending on the vehicle) Own two-wheeler with insurance (if not provided by company) Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to lift lightweight packages (if needed)
