Responsibilities: 1. Order Collection & Delivery: Collect parcels, food, or documents from pickup points and deliver them to customers on time. Verify order details and ensure the correct items are delivered. 2. Customer Interaction: Communicate politely and professionally with customers. Collect payments (cash or digital) if required and provide receipts. 3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate delivery records. Update delivery status in the company’s mobile app or system. 4. Vehicle & Safety Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) is in good condition. Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines during delivery. 5. Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes. Manage multiple deliveries and prioritize based on location and urgency. 6. Handling Returns & Issues: Handle return orders or damaged goods as per company policy. Report delays, accidents, or delivery issues to supervisors.
