Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Executive located in Varanasi. The Delivery Executive will oversee product/service delivery, manage programs and projects, and provide consulting services. Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of product/ services, managing delivery schedules, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring project progress, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with company policies. About the Role: We are looking for reliable and energetic Delivery Executive(s) to join our team. The role involves delivering packages and/or parcels safely, and on time to customers. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items as per assigned routes. Ensure timely and safe delivery. Collect payments when required (COD orders). Maintain proper delivery records. Handle parcels with care. Requirements: Must have a valid driving license (two-wheeler). Own two-wheeler preferred. Basic knowledge of local routes.
