Delivery Director - Java Microservices

You will be leading a team of engineers to design and implement Java-based microservices solutions, defining best practices for microservices architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, guiding cloud-native development strategies, overseeing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence, mentoring engineering talent, and staying updated on emerging trends in microservices, cloud computing, and software architecture. Ideally, you should have 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, expertise in RESTful APIs, messaging queues, and distributed systems, familiarity with DevOps practices, experience with monitoring tools, excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and a degree in Computer Science or related field. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-scale or fintech applications, certifications in relevant technologies, and exposure to AI/ML integrations within microservices architectures.,
