Delivery Consultant

As a Senior Associate Delivery Consultant, you will independently operate with some guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality work products to project teams or customers, aligning with Oracle methodologies and practices. Your role involves carrying out standard duties with some flexibility to implement Oracle products and technology in accordance with customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers throughout implementations to provide them with customized upgrades, encompassing testing, training, and the creation of customer-specific designs using appropriate tools. You will actively participate in the complete solution build, taking ownership of the build quality score and subsequent actions. A strong understanding of the healthcare domain and testing is essential, along with proficiency in issue resolution. Collaboration with peers and support activities are integral to the role, as is expertise in configuration activities. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and executing test plans, conducting test script execution, reviewing new defects, documenting test steps, outlining change request information, and communicating changes in end-user functionality to customers. It will be your responsibility to identify and report new issues to solution and engagement leadership, leveraging both internal and external resources to facilitate problem identification and resolution effectively. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Health Care Administration, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent relevant work experience will be considered. A minimum of 2 years of system implementation experience is required to excel in this role.,
