Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPick up parcels from the hub/warehouse. Ensure safe and timely delivery of packages to customers. Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery). Obtain recipient’s signature or proof of delivery. Follow routes and schedules provided by the supervisor. Handle products with care and maintain delivery accuracy. Report any issues (delays, traffic, wrong addresses) to the supervisor. Maintain good behavior and communication with customers. RequirementsMinimum education: 10th Pass (preferred). Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license. Should own a bike/scooter (if required by client). Knowledge of local routes and areas. Physically fit and able to carry loads up to 15–20 kg. Punctual, disciplined, and customer-oriented. Work ConditionsShift Timing: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (can vary as per client’s operations). Weekly Off: 1 day (rotational/ Sunday). Incentives: Extra pay for additional deliveries.
