Job Description

Deliver items: Transport and deliver a wide range of goods to different addresses following a set route and schedule. Manage orders: Handle multiple orders, confirm their accuracy before and after delivery, and ensure they arrive in good condition. Handle payments: Collect cash payments, process digital transactions, and manage receipts when required. Provide customer service: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, resolve issues or complaints professionally, and create a positive experience. Optimize routes: Use navigation tools and local knowledge to plan the most efficient delivery routes and meet deadlines. Operate and maintain vehicle: Safely operate a delivery vehicle (bike, car, or van), perform routine maintenance checks, and follow all traffic laws. Maintain records: Keep accurate logs of deliveries, including customer interactions and any delivery issues. Adhere to safety: Follow all road safety guidelines and company policies during deliveries.
