Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy with a bike to join our team. The primary role is to deliver packages, food, documents, or other items to customers promptly and safely, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items to customers in a timely and safe manner. Follow the assigned route and time schedule. Verify delivery information, including addresses and contact numbers. Collect payments or obtain signatures when required. Maintain delivery logs and records. Keep the vehicle (bike) clean and in good working condition. Follow all traffic and safety regulations. Communicate with dispatch or supervisors regarding deliveries, delays, or issues. Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions. Requirements: Valid driver’s license (motorcycle/scooter). Own bike (preferred or as per company policy). Good knowledge of local roads and routes. Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. Ability to work independently. Basic communication skills (local language or English). Physically fit and able to lift lightweight packages. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in delivery (e.g., food, courier, e-commerce). Familiarity with navigation tools (Google Maps or delivery apps). Work Conditions: Flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays (depending on company). Outdoor work in all weather conditions. May involve standing, walking, or riding for long periods.
