Job Description

Job Title: Rider / Delivery Executive Company: Brew works Private Limited Location: MIDC, Andheri (Mumbai) Reporting To: Operations / Logistics Manager --- Job Summary: Brew works Private Limited is seeking reliable and responsible Riders to handle daily delivery operations from our MIDC Andheri pick-up point to multiple outlets as per operational requirements. Riders will ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of goods while maintaining company service standards. --- Key Responsibilities: Pick up goods from the Brew works MIDC Andheri location. Deliver items accurately and on time to designated outlets or destinations. Maintain delivery records and ensure proper handover of goods. Follow all traffic and safety rules during delivery. Coordinate with the operations team for delivery schedules and route updates. Report any delays, route issues, or incidents immediately to the supervisor. --- Requirements: Must have a personal two-wheeler with valid Driving License, RC, and insurance. Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass. Familiarity with Mumbai routes (especially Andheri and nearby areas). Responsible, punctual, and disciplined. Ability to work 10-hour rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays if needed). --- Benefits: Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives. Fuel allowance (as per company policy). Uniform and safety gear will be provided. Opportunity to grow within the operations department.
