Job Title: Steward / Captain / Sr. Captain Industry: Hospitality Brand: Poetry by Love & Cheesecake Locations: Thane, Mulund, Powai, Chembur, Matunga, Churchgate, Juhu, Bandra Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Age Limit: Up to 37 Years Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience) Communication: Fluency in English is a must Job Description:Poetry by Love & Cheesecake, a premium café and patisserie brand, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House team as Stewards, Captains, and Senior Captains across multiple locations in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently Ensure excellent customer service at all times Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the dining area Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism Train and guide junior staff (for Captain/Sr. Captain roles) Ensure daily opening and closing duties are completed Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Presentable appearance and a customer-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities (for Captain/Sr. Captain positions) Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Send your resume on recruitment@loveandcheesecake.com
