Job Summary:
We're seeking a reliable and energetic Delivery Boy to join our team, responsible for delivering daily use products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers on designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records.
- Collect payments and update customer records.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks.
- Interact with customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Manage product returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license and familiarity with local routes.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and loading/unloading products.
- Previous experience in delivery or sales is a plus.
