Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, addressing complaints, and obtaining signatures upon delivery. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries. Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during delivery. Vehicle Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Route Optimization: Using route optimization tools to efficiently deliver packages. Communication: Communicating with dispatchers and other team members. Safety: Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations and ensuring the safety of packages during delivery. Payments: Collecting payments from customers, if required.
