Job Description

Job Title: Meesho Delivery Associate We are looking for reliable and hardworking Delivery Associates to join our team and ensure timely and accurate delivery of Meesho orders to customers. Key Responsibilities: Pick up packages from the designated Meesho hub or partner warehouse. Deliver products safely and on time to customers at their doorstep. Handle packages with care and follow company protocols. Collect payments (Cash on Delivery) and provide proper receipts when needed. Use a smartphone to navigate routes and update delivery status in the Meesho app. Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication. Report any issues such as undelivered orders, route problems, or customer complaints. Eligibility Criteria: Must be 18 years or older. Valid driving license (2-wheeler) and own bike/scooter. Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.). Basic knowledge of using a smartphone. Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory. Physically fit and able to lift packages (up to 10–15 kg occasionally). Benefits: Flexible working hours (morning/evening slots). Weekly payouts or monthly salary (as per company policy). Performance-based incentives. Fuel allowance (if applicable). Mobile allowance (in some locations).
