Delivery Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Assistant with good grocery knowledge to support our daily delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering grocery items safely and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining product quality during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver grocery items to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify and cross-check items before delivery (quantity, quality, expiry).
• Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards during deliveries.
• Assist in sorting, packing, and organizing grocery orders in the warehouse/store.
• Coordinate with the store team for order updates and customer instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in grocery delivery (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of grocery items (fruits, vegetables, daily essentials, etc.).
• Ability to lift and move packages safely.
