POSH compliance

Here’s a quick overview of the role:

POSH Compliance & Support

• Ensure POSH compliance across the group
• Coordinate with vendors and manage stakeholder relationships
• Support internal communications, policy updates, and assist with trainings
• Help streamline conduct notification processes and integrate hotline systems

DEI Project Support

• Assist in designing and executing inclusive policies, practices & programs
• Provide logistical and operational support for DEI events and campaigns
