Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in building and deploying ML/AI models in production.
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Rasa, or similar).
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with voice-based AI: ASR, TTS engines (e.g., Google, ElevenLabs, Coqui), and voice orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and real-time inference techniques.
- Exposure to APIs/integrations for communication platforms: WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta APIs, Instagram DM API, etc.
