This role requires physical labor. We are looking for someone who can follow instructions precisely, handle the pressure of live events, and is willing to work long hours during the peak event season.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Decoration:

  Assist with the physical setup of events, including moving furniture, setting up heavy props, stage decoration, and lighting assistance.

  (Note: This involves heavy physical labor).

• Logistics & Driving:

  Transport materials and staff to and from venue locations. You must be comfortable driving commercial vehicles or vans if required.

• On-Site Support:

  Execute instructions given by the event manager immediately and efficiently.

• Inventory Management:

  Loading and unloading equipment safely.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Residency:

  Must currently live in

  Chennai

  .

• Driving License:

  Valid driving license for both

  2-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler

  is mandatory.

• Physical Fitness:

  Must be physically fit and ready to perform hard labor (lifting, climbing, moving heavy objects).

• Commitment:

  Must be willing to sign a contract or commit to working for at least

  1 year

• Language:

  Basic understanding of

  English

  is required.

• Background:

  Must have a clean record (No criminal history). A background check may be conducted.

• Attitude:

  Must be responsible, patient, and able to keep a positive attitude under pressure.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Fluency in

  Tamil

  or

  Malayalam

  is a strong plus.

Work Schedule & Culture

• Dynamic Hours:

  This is not a standard 9-to-5 desk job.

• Peak Season:

  During heavy event seasons, you will be required to work long shifts, including overnight/late-night sessions.

• Off-Season:

  On days without events, the workload will be very light or free.

• Support:

  Food and refreshments are provided during long shifts and events.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Pay:

  ₹30,000 per month. First 2 Months - Training Which will be also paid

• Payment Flexibility:

  Daily payment options are available upon request.

• Incentives:

  Extra performance-based incentives are provided during heavy work sessions.

• Leave:

  Paid leave is available.
