Job Description

As a Decision Strategy Lead with 8-12 years of experience, you will play a vital role in designing and developing Always On Marketing (AoM) decision management solutions and decision frameworks. Your responsibilities will include liaising with Commercial Managers to translate commercial requirements into decisioning solutions, applying design principles of decision strategies, and creating predictive models to generate analytics around customer behavior for prioritizing propositions accordingly. Your key responsibilities will be: - Designing, optimizing, and maturing the Decisioning Framework across multiple product, segment, and channel touchpoints, considering various offline and real-time data inputs. - Translating business briefs, change requests, and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and decisioning tool configuration settings. - Supporting Commercial Managers in formulating decisioning opportunities, providing design, training, and support, and interpreting actuals vs. expectations. - Running simulations of scenarios resulting from suggested changes to the strategy and providing input to the Customer Strategy Group. - Assessing requirements and writing briefs for new capabilities to support AoM communication requirements. - Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure successful delivery of components, recommending Decision System Lead involvement when necessary. - Holding accountability for the quality of assets implemented by the Decision Strategy Designers. - Managing technical environments in collaboration with Decision System Leads from an Operations perspective. - Promoting and educating users on effective application usage to champion CDH best practices. - Monitoring and assessing decisioning effectiveness, recommending improvements and optimizations. - Participating in proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and evaluating new decisioning technologies. Your skills should include expertise in Always on Marketing, Next Best Action Design, CVM Campaign Development & Management, Data Flow & Decisioning, Modern Marketing Leadership, Agile methodologies, System, Service & Solution Development, and Architecture & Design. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
