The Decision Strategy Lead with 8-12 years of experience plays a crucial role in the design and development of Always On Marketing (AoM) decision management solutions and decision frameworks. You will collaborate with Commercial Managers to convert commercial requirements into effective decisioning solutions. Your responsibilities include applying design principles of decision strategies into the solutions, understanding next-best-action to enhance customer experience, creating predictive models, and generating analytics around customer behavior to prioritize propositions accordingly. You will typically report to the Chapter Lead. Your main responsibilities will involve designing, optimizing, and enhancing the Decisioning Framework across multiple product, segment, and channel touchpoints, considering various offline and real-time data inputs. You will be translating business briefs, change requests, and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and configuring decisioning tool settings. Additionally, you will support Commercial Managers in identifying decisioning opportunities, providing design, training, and support, and analyzing actuals versus expectations to refine processes. Running simulations of scenarios based on proposed strategy changes and offering insights to the Customer Strategy Group will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will assess requirements and draft briefs for new capabilities supporting AoM communication needs, contribute to the delivery of these components by collaborating with relevant teams, and ensure the quality of assets implemented by Decision Strategy Designers. Managing technical environments from an Operations standpoint, promoting CDH best practices, monitoring decisioning effectiveness, recommending enhancements, participating in proof-of-concept initiatives, and evaluating new decisioning technologies will be essential tasks. Skills required for this role include expertise in Always on Marketing, Next Best Action designing, CVM Campaign Development & Management, Data Flow & Decisioning, Modern Marketing Leadership, Agile System, Service & Solution Development, and Architecture & Design. Qualifications/Education: Relevant qualifications/Education as defined by the local market Certifications: Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (v8+), Certified System Architect (v8+), Certified Senior System Architect (v8+) This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, paid sick time, Provident Fund, and the option to work from home.
