Decision Scientist

As a Decision Scientist, your role will be crucial in supporting Business, Growth, Product, and Risk teams by transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive multi-functional success across the lending ecosystem. You will be responsible for analyzing multi-dimensional data to identify user patterns, emerging trends, and risk signals that inform lending and growth strategies. Additionally, you will develop and maintain churn and propensity models to detect disengaged users, recommend data-driven interventions, and lead campaign analytics to improve targeting, engagement, and in-funnel conversion performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will guide feature development to enhance user journeys and experience. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze multi-dimensional data to identify user patterns, trends, and risk signals - Develop and maintain churn and propensity models - Lead campaign analytics by building user segments and evaluating communication effectiveness - Partner with product teams to guide feature development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute analytical solutions - Own the end-to-end execution of strategic analytical initiatives - Support and mentor junior analysts Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles - Bachelor's or Masters degree in a quantitative field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret diverse datasets - Proficiency in Python and/or SQL - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Passion for data-driven approaches and problem-solving In addition to the above details, the company values candidates with the following must-have skills: - Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL querying - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills - Proven experience driving business impact through analytical projects - Passion for working with data and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment,
