Job Summary:

Decision Analytics Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  
• Support business teams by delivering dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track KPIs and performance.
  
• Build and maintain predictive models, simulations, and decision-support tools.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product, operations) to support business goals with data-driven recommendations.
  
• Communicate insights and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Assist in designing and executing A/B tests and other experiments.
  
• Support automation of data workflows and reporting processes.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google BigQuery, Azure).
  
• Knowledge of machine learning basics or statistical modeling techniques.
  
• Prior experience in consulting, finance, tech, or healthcare analytics.
  
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation design.
  
• Understanding of data governance and privacy standards.
