Debt Syndication Manager (NBFC)

Role Overview: As an individual working in this position, you will be responsible for developing a sound understanding of various debt products such as NCDs, PTCs, Direct assignment, etc. You will actively participate in the end-to-end life cycle of debt syndication assignments for FI clients, which includes NBFCs, Microfinance companies, and HFCs. Your role will involve acquiring knowledge about different aspects of debt fund raising, including regulations, tax implications, excel modeling, and documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to create high-quality content like teasers, presentations, and pitchbooks. Key Responsibilities: - Provide inputs for transaction structuring and assist in establishing and managing long-term investment partnerships with stakeholders like investors, clients, rating agencies, trustees, and legal counsel. - Support clients in strategically managing their asset and liability sides of the balance sheets by proposing suitable debt and structured finance products. - Identify high-quality companies to onboard as clients and develop a robust investor franchise for the company's transactions. - Represent the company at conferences and seminars to enhance its visibility and networking opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Sound understanding of various debt products such as NCDs, PTCs, Direct assignment, etc. - Experience in debt syndication assignments for FI clients, including NBFCs, Microfinance companies, and HFCs. - Knowledge of debt fund raising aspects, regulations, tax implications, excel modeling, and documentation. - Ability to create high-quality content like teasers, presentations, and pitchbooks. - Strong communication and networking skills to establish and manage long-term investment partnerships. - Proven track record in strategically managing asset and liability sides of balance sheets. - Experience in identifying high-quality companies and developing investor franchises. - Capability to represent the company at conferences and seminars for visibility enhancement.,
