Job Description

As a Collections Officer, your primary responsibilities will include: - Reviewing the company's debtor list - Contacting and visiting customers to inform them of their overdue bills - Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department - Responding to customer queries Qualifications required for the role include: - 10th pass in collections, business management, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar role - Excellent negotiating skills - Good written and verbal communication abilities - Familiarity with state debt collection laws - Knowledge of office and accounting software - Patience and resilience This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed schedule, along with a performance bonus. The work location is in Bangalore City, Karnataka, and requires in-person attendance.
