Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-timeExperience Required:

Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in Debt Recovery / Payment Collection / Credit Control.
Strong track record in handling customer negotiations and recovering outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls, emails, and visits (if required) to recover pending dues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
Develop effective strategies for timely debt recovery and minimize overdue accounts.
Resolve customer queries or disputes related to pending payments in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the accounts and finance team to update payment status and ensure reconciliation.
Meet monthly and quarterly recovery targets as set by management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recovery reports for internal review.

Skills & Requirements:

Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deal with difficult conversations confidently.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining recovery records.
Sound understanding of debt collection processes, legal compliance, and recovery techniques.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred).
Candidates with prior experience in payment recovery, collections, or debt management will be given preference.

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Incentives based on recovery performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

Debt Recovery Agent: 3 years (Preferred)
Payment Collection Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
