Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recovery Agent, your primary role will be to manage receivables for the allotted set of customers in the X and 0-30 bucket. You will be responsible for continuous follow-up on collection with customers, including customer interaction to locate and notify them. Ensuring due date collections are collected on time and adhering to timelines on collections will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to interact with clients in a courteous manner and maintain punctuality in meeting them. Key Responsibilities: - Manage receivables for the allotted set of customers in the X and 0-30 bucket - Continuously follow up on collection with customers - Interact with customers to locate and notify them - Ensure due date collections are collected on time - Adhere to timelines on collections - Interact with clients in a courteous manner and maintain punctuality in meetings Qualifications Required: - HSC / Graduation (Any) Please note that the hiring product for this role is vehicle loans for used cars and used commercial vehicles. The salary for freshers is INR 15,000 and for experienced candidates, it can go up to INR 20,000. This is a full-time, permanent position that is open to both freshers and experienced individuals. The work location will be in person.,
