Debt Account Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating with teams and suppliers to ensure all accounts are debt-free. It will be your duty to investigate and resolve any queries and objections that may arise. Regular reporting on debt and objection levels to the senior management team and ERM will also be a part of your role. Keeping accurate records of current objection statuses and ensuring that objection and debt queries are promptly raised with suppliers are crucial tasks. You must follow up on these queries until they are resolved, reporting back to the client accordingly. Moreover, you will accurately update the database with tariff details and correct start dates. It will be your responsibility to investigate any data queries that are raised, correct databases where necessary, and collaborate with colleagues to rectify any validation errors. Resolving supplier and customer queries to reduce debt and managing reminders received will also be part of your job scope. To excel in this role, you are expected to have the following skills and experience: - Preferably an accountant - Experience in managing multi-site operations - Excellent communication skills - Strong IT skills, especially in Excel - Knowledge of Salesforce and Zendesk (desirable) Your role will involve a high level of coordination, communication, and attention to detail to ensure the effective management of accounts and the resolution of any issues that may arise.,
