Alard University Pune is seeking a visionary leader to join as the Dean for the School of Design. As the Dean, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of design education at the university. Your responsibilities will include leading the School of Design in both academic and administrative matters, developing innovative programs that align with industry needs, and fostering collaborations with design firms and industry leaders. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in either the education sector or industry. Your role will also involve mentoring faculty and staff to ensure student success, as well as promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration within the school.
