Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmacy courses such as Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, and M.Pharm.
Develop and implement curriculum for pharmacy programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Conduct research in areas of expertise and publish papers in reputed journals.
Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on latest developments in pharmacy education.
Supervise student projects, thesis guidance, and industrial training.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or related field with 15-24 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology principles applied to clinical settings (for Professor) / strong understanding of pharmaceutics concepts including formulation development (for Associate Professor).
Excellent teaching skills with ability to design engaging lesson plans and assessments.
Ability to conduct research independently or collaboratively within an academic institution setting.
