Role Overview: Arbolus is a tech-driven expert network company headquartered in London with a global presence in Barcelona, New York, and Gurgaon. They are reinventing the industry by connecting Private Equity Investors and Consultants with subject matter experts for research through a digital platform. As a Deal Analyst at Arbolus, you will play a critical role in supporting investment professionals with actionable insights on market activity, investment opportunities, and competitive intelligence. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on live deals and evolving markets, contributing to better investment decisions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Track ongoing and potential deals such as M&A, capital raises, and restructurings - Conduct secondary research on target companies and emerging sectors for investment opportunities - Monitor market developments and investment trends to identify potential areas of interest - Collaborate with industry experts to gather insights on deal dynamics, company performance, and market trends - Deliver tailored deal insights and market summaries to clients - Provide early signals and timely intelligence on live deals to account managers - Prepare client-ready documents including market summaries and opportunity briefs - Proactively identify valuable insights and deal angles for internal stakeholders - Support account growth through data-backed insights and compelling narratives - Contribute to internal knowledge repositories for easy access to market insights and deal intelligence Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field - Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in investment research, strategy, consulting, or market intelligence - Mindset: Curious, analytical, and commercially aware with a passion for understanding deals and markets - Skills: Strong research and synthesis abilities using public and proprietary sources - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Company Additional Details: Arbolus offers a comprehensive benefits package, top-notch equipment, health insurance, generous paid leave, free daily breakfast and lunch, snacks, gym membership, and regular social activities and events.
