Dealer Sales Manager ( SCV)

1) Qualification - Graduate / MBA / BTECH

2) Experience - 5-10 years in Automobile Sales (SCV Cargo & PU)

3) Conduct market research to identify customer needs, monitor competitor activity, and uncover opportunities for growth.

4) Stay up-to-date on commercial vehicle products, financing options, and industry trends to effectively advise customers.

5) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process

6) Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.

7) Track and analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and provide forecasts to the dealership management.

8) Work with marketing, finance, and service departments to optimize the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
