Dealer and Back End Executive

• Experience: - 2 to 4 Years (Must have worked as a dealer, preferably in portfolio management or any other AMC)

Job Summary: The Dealer & Back-End Executive will be responsible for executing trades, handling security allocations across multiple client accounts, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth and error-free operational workflows.

Work Profile
➢ Placement and Modification of Trade Order with the Broker using terminal. ➢ Coordination with the investment team for the order placement instructions ➢ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during trade execution. ➢ Maintain accurate records of trades and update portfolio management systems. ➢ Accurately allocate securities and trade quantities to respective client accounts as per the instructions of the Investment Team ➢ Verify and reconcile allocations with custodian and back-office records. ➢ Should be well versed with the use of Intermediary portals ➢ Should be proficient and advanced use of excel.

• Required skills

➢ Able to use Broker Terminal order placement and modification ➢ Good communication skills ➢ Expert in MS Word, MS office, MS Excel, Power point, Tally 9 Prime ➢ Basic knowledge of Accounting, Taxation. ➢ Effective coordination within Internal team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
