Role Overview: As a DealCloud CRM Customization & Reporting Analyst at Relay Human Cloud, your main responsibility will be to manage, customize, and enhance the DealCloud platform to support core business processes in private markets and commercial real estate. Your role will involve continuous system adaptation, including updates, new feature implementation, and data integrity maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Customize DealCloud workflows, dashboards, data models, and templates according to evolving business needs. - Build and maintain custom fields, forms, and layouts for tracking assets, pipelines, entities, leases, and more. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all DealCloud records. - Manage and optimize relationships between entities, leases, assets, and companies within the CRM. - Create custom reports and dashboards for real-time insights on deal pipeline, asset performance, and leasing activity. - Deliver regular analytics and ad hoc reporting for leadership and operations teams. - Act as an internal DealCloud architect to effectively leverage platform updates and identify opportunities for workflow improvement and business process streamlining through CRM automation. - Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to enhance adoption and ensure best practices. - Document system processes and changes for organizational knowledge. Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with DealCloud CRM (2+ years preferred) or similar platforms with complex customization. - Strong background in CRM architecture, data modeling, and workflow automation. - Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboard design, and data analytics. - Advanced skills in Excel and ability to handle large datasets. - Strong understanding of private markets or commercial real estate operations, including pipeline, leasing, and asset management. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
